Feeling great after a hard work out! 10 minutes jogging for warming up, 25 minutes Zumba and then some exercising with the (pink absolutely best colored) Pilates ball ended with some stretching! Feels good but for some reason did I get more energy??
So I tried to calm down with a sauna, some music and spa. And now after I've been putting on the ugly but so cosy pink one piece did my sister came up with a strawberry proteinshake! So I better drink it up and enjoying a Friday night at home!
